Our team is based in Omaha NE (CST) & Le Mars IA (CST). We work with clients nationwide, but knowing where everyone is based and their time zones is key to any working relationship.
10. What social media platforms do you specialize in?
We specialize in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Please Note: TikTok Requires lots of video content that you must be willing to provide (unless content creation is added to your service). Because of this, we require approval for TikTok Services.
11. How long do we work together?
While we would LOVE to work with you forever (we love our clients!), our goal is to educate you through the entire process, so that one day, you will be able to do it on your own. We require an initial 3-month Agreement to start to give us time to see how we work together and to give your social media time to show results, as it typically takes 3-6 months (sometimes even longer) to see results. Most of our clients renew their agreements for an additional 6+ months!
12. How do we communicate?
Urgent communication is done through text. For more formal communications, we utilize email.
13. How far out in advance do you plan out conent?
We create the first two weeks of content ideas on the first Monday of the month prior to posting for your approval. We then create the next two weeks of content ideas halfway through the month prior. We then start creating the creative briefs and actual content throughout the whole month prior to the actual posting month. We find that this is the perfect amount of time to not overwhelm you with so much content, and to allow for any last minute content you need up.
14. Do you have any payment plans?
We know that Social Media Management is an investment, so we provide you with the following payment options:
Monthly Payments (due on the same day every month)
PAID IN FULL (for the duration of the commitment)
15. How do i make payments?
Payments will be accepted in the forms agreed in your contract and on your invoice. This is dependent on your freelance designer.
